Because Nexbrick is brick agnostic, your project is not locked into one brick manufacturer, one colour range or one format. You can design with almost any brick on the market, subject to compatibility and project requirements.
The real cost of traditional brickwork is rarely just the bricklaying rate.
Traditional brickwork can be a brilliant solution on the right project. But when access, height, program, weight, material handling, scaffolding or complex detailing become an issue, the costs add up fast.
Brick facings reduce facade weight, simplify material handling and improve installation flexibility, making real brick more practical across tight sites, tall facades, soffits, curves and prefabricated panels.
Nexbrick gives project teams another way to use real brick, particularly when traditional masonry becomes too slow, heavy or hard to coordinate.
Where Nexbrick works best.
Nexbrick is designed for projects where traditional brickwork becomes harder to manage. Here are eight common scenarios where the system delivers.
Built on real project experience.

Trusted on real projects
Linacre Rise had some seriously complex corbel work that would have been a real headache through conventional brickwork. The depth of the detail, the setouts, the repeatability, that is where the Nexbrick system genuinely stood out for us. Having those panels prefabricated offsite took a huge amount of pressure off the program. The Krause bricks look the part too. It is the kind of result that is hard to achieve any other way and we would absolutely look at bringing Nexbrick in again on the right project.
Melbourne Masonry Group completed the supply and assembly of offsite modular brick façade panels for our project. The quality of the brickwork and overall workmanship was of a high standard, with the panels delivered on programme and installed without issue. The finished product met the project's architectural requirements and was completed defect free. Melbourne Masonry Group were professional and responsive throughout the works, and we would gladly work with them again on future projects.
When we were designing Project Holland, the return brick detail was a key architectural element we were determined to get right. What impressed me most about Modular Masonry Group was that they understood exactly what we were trying to achieve from the outset, with no back and forth needed. They were responsive, professional and delivered when they said they would. The brick return detail has become one of the standout features of the home, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to use the Nexbrick system again.
